Support Policy

At AbhiAndroid we have the following support policy:

We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours on business week day (Monday to Friday) IST timing 10:00AM – 6:00PM.

What is included In Support:

  • The support is only provided for the paid products purchased on AbhiAndroid
  • The support is only for the editing of those features which are promised on the product page
  • Support include all basic help like changing package name, setting up code on server, editing code, Firebase setup etc
  • Though we offer unlimited App license but our support is only for single App only
  • We only provide support for cPanel based web hosting.

What is Not included In Support:

  • We don’t do deployment or publish your App on Playstore. In case you want us to do it then it’s an additional paid service.
  • Our support doesn’t include to fix any issue with Android Studio which you have installed in your system
  • Support also doesn’t include to add any new features in code which you have purchased on AbhiAndroid.
  • We don’t provide support if you have modified our code
  • We don’t provide email support if you are using free hosting provider server as a backend
  • We also don’t provide email support for setting up on local server like XAMP, WAMP etc
  • We also don’t provide support for Windows hosting
